On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an Affiliate Medical Affairs Lead to support specialty areas including Women’s Health and Urology with focus Sweden.

You will implement medical strategies at affiliate level, engaging with key external stakeholders such as HCPs, experts, and payers to ensure the effective and evidence-based use of medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific expert, engaging in high-quality, non-promotional exchange with external stakeholders
• Gather insights and translate them into actionable medical strategies and tactics
• Support real-world evidence generation and market access activities
• Provide scientific input across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Sales)
• Deliver medical education and ensure compliance of materials
• Lead and execute medical projects, including advisory boards and educational initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health-related field (MD/PhD preferred)
• Strong scientific understanding and strategic mindset
• Experience in specialty care (e.g. Women’s Health, Urology, Oncology) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish

The Role

Swedish-based position with a strong field focus (2–3 days/week), primarily in Sweden, combined with flexible hybrid working.
