What you’ll do

In the role as IT Manager & Business Development, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of REAC’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments. You will develop IT strategies that align with the company’s objectives, lead and manage IT projects and implement digital tools to optimize processes across REAC’s manufacturing sites in Poland. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors, oversee the IT helpdesk, and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and security. The role is based on the HQ in Gothenburg.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Maintaining and securing IT infrastructure

·       Leading IT projects and implementing IT strategies

·       Optimizing ERP systems and implementing AI tools for process improvement

·       Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts

·       Overseeing the IT helpdesk and providing technical support

·       Managing the IT budget and optimizing costs

Your Qualifications

We believe the ideal candidate will have a proven experience in managing complex IT projects and leading diverse teams as well as expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity is essential. You should have experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach.

The preferred candidate should hold a Master of Science degree, or at minimum a Bachelor’s degree, in Information Technology or a related field.

Fluent English, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as fluent in verbal Swedish. An understanding of Polish is an advantage.
