Winners never stand still – we have the motivation to always develop our work processes and approach. We follow every shift in the market in order to meet our clients’ expectations – from knowing the trends of a specific industry to knowing via which media a recruitment assignment should be activated. In a world of tougher competition for the best candidates, we always need to be one step ahead if we’re to succeed. Internally, we work together. Although this should be a matter of course in all professions where people are being assessed, it rarely is. Our experience has taught us that the quality assurance of our delivery – i.e. the candidate – is much better when we work as a team with regard to selection and assessment.

Our history
In 2008, Peter Ek founded Carpenova as a subsidiary of one of the largest listed companies in Sweden. Carpenova has always focused on offering assignment-based executive search within several different industries, with a focus on Life Science, Automotive, Real Estate, Building and Construction. In the first years, Carpenova was part of the parent company, but in 2013 it was decided that the company would become independent and continue operations on its own. Since then, we have continued to expand and develop our business, with a presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Carpenova is well known for its qualitative search work, where we look for people with the right background and skills to match the client’s needs. Since 2017, the company has also established a physical presence in Denmark, while cooperation partners are found in Norway and Finland. To meet the customers’ needs, we have expanded the business to offer staffing solutions through Carpenova Interim. With our extensive experience and broad competence in Life Science, the company can offer a fast and competent solution for staffing with professional consultants for a limited time.
Carpenova is also part of the international network INRALS, which consists of recruitment agencies in more than 20 countries worldwide. The network gives us a global presence while we handle exciting international recruitment assignments for our colleagues within the network. With our long experience, broad competence and our global network, we continue to be a leading player in executive search and interim solutions.
