AXEL is a well-recognized and significant global player in its niche of private label lubricating grease, working with prestigious global companies and operating in diverse industries such as Mining, Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Power Generation.

THE ROLE

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy at a group level. As Group Marketing Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping AXEL’s brand, creating marketing materials, and driving initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

You will manage the company’s website and social media presence while collaborating with commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Working closely with the sales team, you will adapt marketing efforts to market needs and trends, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

• At least three years of marketing experience, ideally in an international or industrial context.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media management.
• Experience in creating sales support materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Academic degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
