The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage our strategic development projects throughout our European and South America (ESA) organization. This is a business-critical role where you will be providing the direction required to meet our project objectives for delivery to our largest customers. You will be responsible for the project management to ensure an effective execution of the projects from start to end. Success means, getting to the end of the project ticking all the project deliverables resulting in an approved product to hand over to our customers.

Key tasks include:

·       Coordinate, monitor, plan and organize customer projects and programs

·       Lead and manage the execution of technical productivity ideas

·       Ensure timely and accurate communication of program readiness to key internal customers

·       Develop our efficiency by process improvements and actively support continued improvements of our TISIX culture

Your Profile

The role requires an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated track record from building and leading high performing project teams. You are efficiency-driven, looking for ways to improve project timelines and costs without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.

Background from the automotive business or related industry will be highly advantageous You have five or more years of experience from leading and directing customer-facing engineering projects. You bring working knowledge of product development in a manufacturing / industrial environment.

You have a university degree in engineering, or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.
Excellent command of English and Swedish in speaking and writing.
